We are seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing who will be responsible for creating and leading an innovative marketing department. They need to be analytically inclined and intuitively know how to create a metrics-driven organization and be a driver for decisions around pricing, product, retention, ROI, LTV. In addition to developing a strategic positioning for the company, it is the role of the VP of Marketing to ensure that all externally-facing communication is consistent with the company's positioning.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Market and technology research
- Formulation of strategy
- Distribution channel analysis and development
- Technology transfer, licensing, partnerships assessment and development
- Marketing and advertising and promotion planning
- Sales organization planning and development
- Launch planning
- Appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison
